DELIVERY & RETURNS
For all returns please email info@twinzz.com with your order number and a returns label will be emailed to you, along with details of the nearest DPD drop-off point for you to then take it to.
Your order delivery time will be dependent on which country you are in.
On all UK orders we aim to dispatch within 1-2 days of order providing the order is with us before 11am and that the next day is a working day.
Our working days are Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
For next day deliveries, we will dispatch your item on next day delivery providing the order has been received by 11am on a working day.
