DELIVERY & RETURNS
TWINZZ maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
Your order delivery time will be dependent on which country you are in.
On all UK orders we aim to dispatch within 1-2 days of order providing the order is with us before 11am and that the next day is a working day.
Our working days are Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
For next day deliveries, we will dispatch your item on next day delivery providing the order has been received by 11am on a working day.
Our courier is Royal Mail. Please contact email@example.com for tracking enquires.
We offer several services
2nd Class – Expected to arrive within 4-5 working days from order
1st Class – Expected to arrive within 2-3 working days from order
In the event that the product is faulty or defective for whatever reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a detailed explanation of the defect, and where possible, please provide a digital photograph to help us process your query quickly. We will then reply to you as soon as we can and will tell you what to do next. Do not send the product back before we have authorised you to do.
If you have received an incorrect item, please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product and confirmation that the item shipped was incorrect, we will refund your postage and either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or we will refund you the cost of the product.
If the product doesn’t fit you, then please arrange for it to be returned to the address below. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product, if a replacement item is in stock, we will arrange for this to be sent out to you. If a replacement item is no longer in stock, we will refund you the cost.
Please note, all returns must be in an unworn, unused and unlaundered condition including all tags still being on the item.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/refund request.
For returns that are being returned for a refund due to not liking the item, not fitting or not suitable, please note, we will refund you in full minus the original postage amount.
All items returned are done so at the owners’ risk. We do recommend sending all items back tracked for your piece of mind.
