Returns must be within 28 days
INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received an incorrect item, please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product and confirmation that the item shipped was incorrect, we will refund your postage and either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or we will refund you the cost of the product.
WRONG SIZE
If the product doesn’t fit you, then please arrange for it to be returned to the address below. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product, if a replacement item is in stock, we will arrange for this to be sent out to you. If a replacement item is no longer in stock, we will refund you the cost.
Please note, all returns must be in an unworn, unused and unlaundered condition including all tags still being on the item.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/refund request.
For returns that are being returned for a refund due to not liking the item, not fitting or not suitable, please note, we will refund you in full minus the original postage amount.
